Author, Business Leader, Professional Dancer

Alissa Hsu Lynch is a board director, keynote speaker, and author of the forthcoming book The Leadership Dance (Wiley, 2027). She toured internationally for six years as a professional dancer, then built a 25-year business career leading multi-billion-dollar businesses at Johnson & Johnson and building AI partnerships in healthcare at Google Cloud. Her keynotes draw on both careers to show leaders how to balance structure with the freedom to improvise when the choreography changes.

Alissa serves on the boards of The Honest Company and Topcon Corporation and on the Board of Trustees of American Ballet Theatre. She is an Executive in Residence at Columbia Business School, a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and host of The Leadership Dance podcast. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
